Superintendent – New Construction
Suffolk, VA | Full-Time | $70,000 - $110,000
You have put in the years. You know how to read a site before the day even starts, you know which subs need a nudge and which ones just need to be left alone, and you have never needed someone to tell you twice. You have run big multifamily projects from dirt to closeout and you know what it takes to keep 200+ units moving without losing your mind or the schedule.

You are the boots on the ground. The main point of contact. The one who makes the site run.
- Run daily operations and own the schedule
- Keep subs locked in on contract, plans, and timelines
- Weekly meetings, daily reports, full accountability
- OSHA compliance, change orders, material deliveries
- Coordinate utilities, stakeout, and closeout
- Direct line to the project manager – nothing falls through the cracks
- 7+ years in commercial construction or site development
- Vertical new construction experience – multifamily 200+ units is a must
- OSHA knowledge, building codes, governing standards
- MS Office, MS Project, scheduling, and plan take-offs
- Clear communicator, strong leader, organized under pressure
- Degree preferred, but your track record matters more
- Health insurance after 60 days | 3 plans | 50% covered, 100% after 2 years
- 401k with 4% match at 90 days
- 3 weeks PTO scaling to 5 weeks over tenure
- 8 holidays + floater days
- WFH flexibility over the holidays
