Ganymede is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join an established highways project in Suffolk. You will manage day-to-day site activities, lead a team of site engineers, and ensure safety, programme delivery, and quality standards are met.
You will work closely with the Site Agent and project team, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with utilities and stakeholders to deliver the works on time and within budget. A hands-on leader who can make informed decisions is ideal.
