We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major earthworks and drainage packages on large-scale civil engineering projects. This is a site-based leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of works, while maintaining programme, commercial and operational performance.

• Lead the delivery of earthworks, groundworks and drainage packages.
• Manage Site Managers, Site Agents, Engineers and Supervisors across multiple work fronts.
• Drive programme performance, productivity and quality on site.
• Manage NEC contracts, including Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Work closely with commercial and planning teams to manage costs, programme and project risks.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and supply chain coordination.
• Champion health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in earthworks, bulk excavation, groundworks and drainage.
• Experience delivering projects under NEC contracts.
• Excellent leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• SMSTS and CSCS Black Card.
