About the Role
As an Industrial Safety Professional, you will partner with project managers, supervisors, and craft professionals to identify hazards early, develop practical solutions, and strengthen Allfirst's safety culture. This is a visible field leadership role that combines compliance, coaching, inspections, training, investigations, and customer support.
What You'll Do- Perform field safety inspections and document practical corrective actions.
- Coach employees and supervisors on safe work practices.
- Conduct incident and near-miss investigations focused on learning and prevention.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety training.
- Support confined space, hot work, fall protection and other high-risk activities.
- Coordinate with customers and project teams on safety expectations.
- Prepare clear reports and maintain documentation.
- Help protect schedules, customer confidence, and company reputation through proactive safety leadership.
