We have a great opportunity on our internet sales team for someone with a positive attitude and determination for success. And if you are currently in a dealership BDC we’d love to hear from you. We have a fantastic 5 day work week and never any Sundays!

Top candidates will be professional and personable individuals, with a passion for great customer service, and team work. You will be responsible for incoming requests made via telephone, or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, service appointments, and acting as a first point of contact for customers. And no experience is OK, we will give you all the training, coaching, and tools you need to be successful.
BDCRepresentative Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
- Logging customer details and comments into ourCRM system.
- Scheduling appointments and following up with customers.
- Maintaining through and up to date knowledge of our software to help you.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
- Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
- Assisting with various tasks at the dealership.
- No Experience is OK - we will train, coach, and mentor you!
- Good written, verbal and phone communication skills.
- Highly organized with an ability to learn quickly.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the internet.
- Professional and personable demeanor - have a positive attitude daily!

- 5 day work week and NO Sundays
- We close M-F at 6:30pm and Saturday at 4pm!
