Overview

Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Guest Relations Representative to work part‑time, 32 hours per week on 8‑hour night shifts.

The Guest Relations Representative is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and addressing concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. This position is in our Emergency Department.

• HS Diploma or Equivalent - Required

• No specific certification or licensure requirements

• One year of customer service experience - Preferred
