• Greet clients warmly and manage front desk interactions with professionalism.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage basic administrative tasks and keep the reception area organized.
