Join us in creating our next million smiles. We are actively seeking a Part‑Time Traveling Associate Dentist for Hampton and Newport News locations.
Associate Dentists provide dental services to patients with the support of their team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver comprehensive restorative and preventive care for a patient base primarily ages 3‑21, up to 30% adults.
- Maintain an average office flow of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients.
- Use Denta Pro software and digital x‑ray, panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces.
- Participate in yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training.
- Support a team of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
- Plan the day and encourage teamwork through morning huddles and appreciation practices.
- Engage with children (70%+ of patient base) and adults, contributing to the company’s positive image through community activities.
- Guaranteed base pay of $900/day with uncapped earning potential.
- No lab fees.

- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
- Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide (required only in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- Compassion and strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
- Willing and available to travel to Hampton (2165 Cunningham Dr, Hampton, VA 23666) and Newport News (Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23602).
