Crypto Trading Product Designer

Overview

Join a fast‑growing team to develop and manage the overall user experience for our hero product, the BitMEX trading platform. As a Product Designer you will work closely with product managers, engineers and commercial teams to roll out new features and improve the customer experience, and will have the opportunity to expand your role as we increase our product offerings.

• Conduct research to formulate product designs that improve consumer experience.
• Collaborate with other departments (Product Management, Client Development, etc.) on user research and competitive product analysis.
• Create and develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
• Produce high‑quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards and site maps.
• Work with the Product team to iterate and refine proposed or implemented product features for further enhancement of the user experience.
• Regularly present these solutions to the broader Product team and organization.

• 5+ years of UX/UI experience, with some exposure within the Fin Tech space.
• Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of user‑system interaction.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in graphic design, interface design, or a related field.
• Experience across multiple technologies, locations, and channels (Mobile, Desktop, and Web).
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in trading platforms; keen interest in cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
