M-F 8 hours ,7:30am-4:30pm (2- 3 night of call per week)

Varies Documentation System/EMR:
Epic Number of Operating Rooms: 2 CVT / 6 main OR Description of Ancillary Staff: 1 permanent provider with long term locums rotating through out practice
Hemodialysis Access? Yes Patient Age Demographic:18+BC Vascular Surgery, VA license, ACLS, BLS and COVID vaccine required
