Monday through Friday AM shift 6:30m-9am PM shift 3:30pm-6pm

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
• Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and Alpha

• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met
• Represent Alpha
  
  BEST with professionalism at school and community events
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and Alpha
  
  BEST leadership to support student success

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
