Key responsibilities:
- Address student psychological needs through assessment, consultation, and intervention
- Attend and lead meetings related to student progress and special education services across assigned schools
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop effective strategies and support plans
- Valid Virginia Teaching License with an endorsement in School Psychology
- Experience working as a School Psychologist within a school setting
- Ability to manage time effectively to cover multiple schools and varied responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with school teams
Suffolk, VA (onsite coverage at multiple school buildings)
