The Trade Licensing Program Manager will oversee trade licensing and certification programs, ensuring program quality, instructor coordination, and curriculum support. This role focuses on:
- Program operations and scheduling
- Curriculum review and improvement
- Compliance and quality standards
- Instruction and student support
Programs may include multiple trades such as:
- Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical trades
- Industrial and environmental trades (e.g., wastewater, manufacturing)
- General technical and skilled trades
- Review, update, and improve curriculum, course materials, and study guides
- Ensure programs meet quality, compliance, and industry standards
- Monitor program metrics, student progress, and outcomes
- Collaborate with instructors, curriculum designers, and eLearning teams
- Participate in operations and quality‑related meetings
- Provide guidance and support to instructors as needed
- Perform other program‑related duties as assigned
- Professional experience in trades, technical, or industrial fields (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wastewater, manufacturing)
- Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or reviewing course materials
- Experience with online learning platforms and tools (Zoom, Moodle, Google Docs/Slides)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including guiding teams or providing mentorship
- Experience coordinating projects, programs, or initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to provide guidance on technical content, program quality, and operational best practices
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results in a remote environment
