Qualifications and Experience- State licensure or certification as a school psychologist required
- Experience in schools or similar educational settings preferred
- Familiarity with psycho educational assessments, behavioral interventions, and MTSS/RTI
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and administrators
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students learning and behavioral needs
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of IEPs
- Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families regarding strategies for student support
- Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and preventative mental health services
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate by promoting social-emotional learning
