Up to £36,000 per year plus overtime and standby payments
This is a field-based Agricultural Service Engineer role working on a wide range of modern agricultural machinery. You’ll carry out servicing, diagnostics and repairs using both hands-on mechanical skills and laptop-based fault finding.
The role suits someone with land-based engineering experience who enjoys variety, responsibility and working directly with customers.
Key responsibilities- Service, maintain and repair agricultural machinery across the full product range
- Diagnose faults using manufacturer diagnostic software and on-board systems
- Carry out mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in seasonal overtime and standby where required
- Undertake ongoing manufacturer and technical training
- Qualification or equivalent experience in Land-Based Engineering
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Confident communicator with good customer‑facing ability
- Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
- Full UK driving licence
Up to £36,000 basic salary with regular performance reviews
Regular overtime (paid on hours over 37.5 per week)
