Senior Systems and Integration Engineer (SE&I)
Location:
Alexandria, Virginia. This role is onsite, requiring U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Works in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours.
- Provide systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule, and implement projects from inception through system transition.
- Gather, analyze, and investigate detailed information to understand problems and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Communicate with program, contractor, and government stakeholders, guiding parties on policies, procedures, and practices.
- Manage system integration projects and supply reliable data to customers, enabling informed decisions regarding installation, integration checkout, and testing of operational system modifications and upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent.
- Experience in systems installation, integration, and test.
- Project management experience.
- Collaborative teamwork in environments including Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor.
- RFC impact review and assessment experience.
- Enterprise-level planning and implementation experience.
- Active, transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI CI Poly clearance is required prior to start. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Customer NSIS and/or rapid delivery methods expertise.
- Customer relationships across contract and location boundaries.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
