Compensation
Good Faith Pay Range
- Commission and performance incentives paid under the dealership's compensation plan.
- Expected total annual earnings: $60,000-$120,000+ for employees meeting performance expectations. Top performers may earn more. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and other factors.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle service or repair process.
- Explain required vehicle services per the manufacturer and advise.
- Explain and advise customers on repairs, including diagnostic information and technician recommendations.
- Build relationships with customers during all service visits.
- Ensure that customers are continuously updated throughout their service visit.
- Maintain product knowledge and manufacturer certifications.
Additional Requirements:
* Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record.
* Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
