We're looking for a Lead Technical Writer with a deep understanding of the financial services industry to create impactful documentation for risk, audit, and compliance teams. This role is a fully-remote, renewable 6-month contract with the opportunity for extension (estimated 18-24 months of work).

What you'll be doing:

Craft clear, accurate, and audit-ready documentation for banking risk, fraud, and compliance initiatives.

Translate complex data and regulatory requirements into accessible communications for internal and external stakeholders including risk management, audit, and regulatory bodies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and precision in all deliverables.

What we're looking for:

5-10+ years of technical writing experience in the banking industry, with a focus on the Fraud and Claims space.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, fraud management, claims processes, and relevant laws.

Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
