Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with attentiveness and care;
Provide account servicing and maintenance, including opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools such as Chase Mobile App and ;
Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices and adhering to bank policies
