Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Conduct comprehensive inspections of Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher, and Project-Based Voucher rental properties, in accordance with NSPIRE guidelines, HUD regulations, and Agency policy; conduct initial, interim/special, and annual inspections;
Collect data during inspections to evaluate the condition of the rental;
Analyze inspection findings and prepare detailed reports outlining any issues or concerns identified during the inspection process, and communicate clear findings to landlords, tenants, and support staff; collaborate with Case Workers, Property Managers, tenants, and landlords to schedule inspections, recommend necessary repairs or improvements, and schedule re-inspection within required time frames according to HUD Regulation;
Stay updated on HUD regulations and NSPIRE guidelines.
