) - Pay: £45,000–£55,000 per year + 10% commission bonus
- Flexible working days (part‑time or full‑time)
- Up to £55,000 per annum
- 10% commission bonus
- £1,500 relocation bonus and support available
- Lead structured medication reviews and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with senior pharmacists and clinical teams

- UK experience in primary care or GP setting (essential)
- Skilled in managing complex and vulnerable patient groups
