Operate and monitor hemodialysis machines and initiate dialysis treatment per orders.;
Obtain pre- and post-treatment vital signs, weight, and monitor patient status.;
Evaluate vascular access patency, perform cannulation, and administer heparin as delegated.;
Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control procedures.;
Document treatment data accurately in the designated clinical application and charts; report changes to RN or supervisor.
