Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel assignment in Suffolk, VA . This opportunity offers an competitive daily rate of: $500, this for a per diem , scheduled as dayshifts .

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technologist:
Prepare operating rooms by setting up instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical procedures
Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments efficiently during operations
Assist with patient positioning, skin prep, and draping
Ensure proper handling and labeling of specimens
Count sponges, needles, and instruments according to policy
Clean and restock operating rooms between cases
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements:
Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
Active Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum of 1 year of recent OR experience preferred
Current BLS certification
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique
