Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position serving a large Suffolk area, requiring recent home health and HCHB EMR experience.

Job Details

• Provide home health OT services to patients within up to a 60-mile radius in the Suffolk area,

• Geriatric patient population with an average daily caseload of 5-7 patients,

• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm,

• No on-call requirements,

• Utilize HCHB electronic medical record system,

• Facility provides iPad for documentation purposes,

• Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate,

Job Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in hand (license required if applicable),

• Minimum 1 recent year of home health OT experience,

• Oasis assessment experience required,

• Experience with HCHB EMR required,

• Current BLS certification required,

• Ability to work flexibly across an expansive territory,
