Clinic Directors promote efficient service utilization and program development, collaborate with digital marketing strategies, and foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. The RoleAt Ivy Rehab, a Clinic Director (CD) is essentially the CEO of their space. This hybrid role is designed for an experienced clinician who wants to balance high-quality, hands-on patient care with team leadership, clinical mentorship, and business operations. Backed by Ivy's corporate support network, you will manage daily clinic operations, mentor staff clinicians, own your clinic's financial health, and build strong referral relationships within your local community.
Compensation$90,000 to $110,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
Competitive Director bonus plan (starting at $6K potential annually)
Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred
