Registered Behavior Technician - Suffolk, VA

We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. Whether you're an experienced RBT or newly certified, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team focused on your success.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and/or community settings, depending on assignment.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection system.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.

  • Pay: $22-$27 per hour
  • Schedule: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Tuesday and Friday
  • Work Location: In-Home
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification (we’ll help guide you through the process).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations, if applicable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre‑employment requirements.
