Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
Education- Bachelor's Level Degree Physical Therapy
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy - preferred
- VA License - Physical Therapy
- BLS
