Job DutiesTo direct and develop the clinical and administrative operations of Geriatric Services (Ward E – Intermediate Care and Ward F – Acute Treatment) according to certification/accreditation guidelines. All services are provided according to the needs and preferences of adult geriatric individuals, taking into account age and diagnoses-specific issues. This position also provides support for coordinating the performance improvement services of the Program.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Experience administering aspects of a long-range behavioral healthcare program required.
- Licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator by Virginia Department of Health Professions required.
- Strongly prefer advanced or master’s degree in behavioral health field.
- Strongly prefer experience administrating or supervising inpatient mental health program or major component of program.

Compensation & Working HoursThese positions are hourly/wage and not eligible for benefits. Hourly (wage) employees may not work more than 29 hours a week and are limited to working 1500 hours in a year.
