Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide.
Overview:Home Health Aides will perform basic and routine patient care, such as personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding, intake/output, ambulation, and assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home.
Anticipated Status/Shift:Full Time (40 hours/week)
Day Shift
Position Location:Sentara Hospice Services - Suffolk, VA
Pay Range: $15.75 - $20.46/hour
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.
Education- No specific education requirements
- CNA (Required)
- First Aid Basics Certification (Required)
- BLS (Required within 90 days of hire)
- Previous Customer Service Experience (Required)
- Prior Hospice experience (Preferred)
