We’re a heart‑led, privately owned home care agency looking for compassionate PCAs, CNAs, and Nursing Assistants who are ready to make a meaningful impact.
Certification Required – No ExceptionsActive PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required.
Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.
Competitive Pay$16.00 – $18.50 per hour, based on credentials.
+ $0.50/hr after completing paid training

- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and linens
- Prepare simple, nourishing meals
- Provide medication reminders and routine tracking
- Follow care plans and communicate with families
- Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required – No Exceptions)
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
