• Provide consumer assessments, to include determination of initial services for priority populations
• Schedule services
• Linkage/referrals to other service providers
• Provide counseling, plan, develop, coordinate, consult, and implement services that provide treatment, education, rehabilitation, and support to consumers.

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related Human Services field required.
• Licensed or eligible to work towards Licensure (LPC or LCSW) upon approval by a respective Board required
• A minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in a human service field, preferably in a mental health setting.
• Valid current driver’s license and acceptable DMV record at the time of hire and continuously thereafter.

• Current independent clinical licensure in Virginia, such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), required or strongly preferred based on agency needs.
• Approved supervisor status or eligibility to provide clinical supervision toward licensure preferred.
• Experience providing behavioral health services in schools, community-based settings, or youth and family service programs preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical documentation standards, ethical practice, crisis intervention, and collaborative service planning.

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed-eligible counselors, social workers, and assigned clinical staff.
• Review clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and service delivery practices for quality and compliance.
• Offer case consultation and clinical guidance for complex student and family needs, including risk, safety, and crisis-related concerns.
• Support collaboration between WTCSB staff, school personnel, families, and community partners to promote coordinated care.
• Assist with onboarding, training, professional development, and retention efforts for school-based clinical staff.
