Assist guests with check-in and check-out and process all guest-related requests;
Answer and route all phone calls within three rings using proper greeting;
Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, hours, and promotions;
Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction;
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure accurate room status and guest services
