Helpdesk Technician – Suffolk, Virginia- Managing and operating 2 Local Area Network Microsoft Windows Server 2008 servers and 1 VLAN Microsoft Windows Server 2012 server.
- Maintaining concentrator hubs/switches (10
Base-T/100
Base‑T). - Supporting approximately 396 workstations and laptops with CD & DVD ROMs.
- Managing printers, plotters, scanners, projectors, and audio equipment located in various buildings.
- Handling general hardware, software and functional application tasks.
- Full‑time, non‑exempt.
- Location:
In person, Hampton Roads, Virginia.
- Help desk experience: 2 years (Preferred).
- Windows experience: 2 years (Required).
- Security clearance:
Secret (Required). - Work location:
In-person.
