Analytics & Strategy Manager (Revenue Cycle) | Make an Impact in Healthcare!

We're looking for a brilliant and motivated Analytics Manager to spearhead our department-level business intelligence and drive revenue cycle strategy. What You'll Do:

• Lead & Mentor: Guide a talented team of revenue cycle analysts, coaching them in monitoring denials, A/R trends, and key performance indicators.
• Drive Strategy: Oversee and track 30-40+ strategic initiatives each month, from opportunity identification to forecasting, to optimize our financial performance.
• Deliver Insights: Develop and manage core reports, dashboards, and analytical models in Excel and SQL that provide critical metrics to senior leadership.
• Act as a Consultant: Serve as a key internal advisor, using data to inform business strategy, solve complex challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

• A deep passion for numbers, with strong skills in financial/analytical modeling and data-driven problem-solving.
• A background in internal consulting, analytics management, or a similar strategic support role.
• Solid experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle management, or healthcare consulting.
• Excellent command of Excel for modeling and a strong understanding of SQL.
• (Nice to have) A proven track record of mentoring and developing junior analysts.
• A natural communicator and influencer with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
• A proactive relationship-builder who isn't afraid to drive accountability and push for results.
• Confident in your abilities and recommendations, with the ability to present complex ideas in a simple, digestible manner.

To ensure fair and equitable pay, our salary for this remote role is based on your geographic location. The estimated annual salary ranges are:

• Major Metro Areas (e.g., Seattle, NYC, Boston): roughly $95,400
• Regional Hubs (e.g., Malvern, Baltimore): roughly $91,000
• Southern Cities (e.g., Nashville, Austin): roughly $86,700
• Rural Locations: roughly $78,000

Note:

There may be upward flexibility for candidates with exceptionally strong and relevant experience.
