We're building a career-tech product, and clean, accurate data is the backbone of what we do. We need a detail‑obsessed person who can pull structured information from websites, organize it neatly in Google Sheets / Excel, and not lose focus after hour two.
This is a calm, focused role – no calls, no targets, no client‑facing pressure. If you like tidy spreadsheets and the satisfaction of a perfectly filled column, this is for you.
What you’ll actually do:- Collect data from websites (company listings, course details, job posts, profiles, etc.) into structured sheets
- Verify and de‑duplicate entries – accuracy matters more than speed
- Use simple tools like Google Sheets, Excel, browser extensions, and basic filters
- Format and clean datasets before they’re handed to the product/content team
- Flag inconsistent or missing data and follow up
- You’re comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets – basic formulas, sorting, filtering
- You read English well enough to understand source content
- You have a stable laptop and home internet
- You’re patient with repetitive work and naturally double‑check things
- Predictable workload, no client calls
- Flexible start time
- Half‑day Saturdays, Sundays off
