Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Program Manager leads delivery of enterprise IT programs supporting the Department of State Bureau of Diplomatic Security. This role oversees project execution, technical teams, and contract performance to ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality mission solutions.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of IT program/project management experience (federal preferred)
- Experience supporting Department of State or similar agencies
- Strong background in Agile, Dev Sec Ops , and cloud environments
- Knowledge of ATO, RMF, and federal compliance frameworks
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Agile, or equivalent certification
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance required
- Lead program delivery across Agile, Dev Sec Ops , and SDLC initiatives
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and performance metrics (e.g., Agile, EVMS)
- Oversee cloud, software development, and system integration efforts
- Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, and DOS policies
- Direct cross-functional teams (engineering, cybersecurity, operations)
- Provide strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Deliver program reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement
