Primary

Skills:

• Install and configure Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing .
• Performing package deployments in CC&B, C2M
• Applying CC&B, C2M Service Packs (SP) and Patches for Utilities Framework and CC&B, C2M.
• Configuring and Administering CC&B, C2M Thread pool worker.
• Closely monitoring the jobs for its performance and successful completion.
• Providing 24/7 Production support for CC&B, C2M Application and CC&B, C2M database.
• Performing CC&B, C2M Cloning/Refresh of CC&B, C2M Development/UAT instances from Production
• for testing purposes.
• Applying recommended Oracle Patches for CC&B, C2M Application and CC&B, C2M database.
• Working closely with data migration team and assisting them with data migration.
• Working closely with Oracle support for the critical issues.
• Possessing Good Knowledge of CC&B, C2M architecture and concepts.
• Responsible of installing different versions of Oracle database across various
• Operating systems.
• Spearheaded design, assembly and implementation of large-scale databases
• Configuring Staging Schema for Data Migration.
• Weblogic administration and upgrade.
• Communicate with Clients on a daily basis to ensure their needs and goals are met
• and under situation manipulate software programs.
• Involved in Performance tuning, backup recovery, analysing database processes.
• Creation of Users, user defined rolesand mapping grants as per requirement.
• Support Team with CC&B, C2M Troubleshooting
• Installed and configured Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM)
• Installed BI Publisher to integrate with CC&B, C2M for report generation.

Experience: 8 to 10 years
