Senior Consultant, NetSuite

The Senior Consultant is someone who has 5+ years of end‑to‑end Net Suite implementation experience, but also has the knack for excellent customer service. You are leading projects all the way from discovery/requirements gathering to training and deployment. You get the chance to work alongside other leaders of the organization like Managers and Solution Architects. The stakeholders will rely on you for questions regarding their project and you get the chance to do some creative solutioning.

This role will also allow you to propel yourself into a Principal consultant role which is the next step to a leadership seat at the table.

• Ability to lead full‑cycle Net Suite implementation projects by translating complex business requirements and processes into Net Suite technical designs in a remote or in‑person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
• Solution delivery responsibilities span all project phases, including: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment
• Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution
• Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and overall business process discovery
• Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control
• Collaborate and work closely with in‑house development team to implement custom solutions. Develop these custom solutions in a clear and comprehensive Technical Design Documents.
• Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements by providing implementation best practices.
• Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing Net Suite education
• Willingness to learn and develop Net Suite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements
• This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements

• 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Hands‑on Functional Net Suite ERP Implementation Experience with 5-8+ end‑to‑end enterprise or medium‑sized Net Suite engagements - OR- has led 8+ small engagements through go‑live
• Undergraduate degree or MBA in field of Business, Finance, Accounting, Software or relevant field
• Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general services‑specific industry experience
• Net Suite certifications highly preferred – Net Suite ERP consultant, Net Suite Certified Administrator, and Suite Foundation
• Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding Net Suite technical capabilities such as:
  Suite Flow, Suite Script, and Suite Talk. Effectiveness in designing end‑to‑end solutions with these capabilities in mind.
• Experience with specialized Net Suite process areas and products is preferred, these include:
  Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Revenue Management, Demand Planning, Services Resource Planning, Open Air, and Suite Commerce Advanced

• Ability to lead certain components of projects with minimal supervision and have the ability to be "The Lead" on mid‑sized engagements
• Continuous improvement as you train to be a subject matter expert with Net Suite while working alongside peers and have significant exposure to consultants senior to you
