Expert Solution Delivery Architect

Responsibilities

• Understand functional areas to involve appropriate resources and ensure successful conversion.
• Run large‑scale meetings for technical teams to exchange information and discuss solutions daily.
• Determine whether discrepancies uncovered during migration are in‑scope or need client engagement.
• Report status to a Project Manager responsible for keeping the entire project on task.
• Serve as escalation point during software conversions to find solutions for identified blockers.
• Attend meetings to review proposed solutions prior to being presented to clients.
• Attend sales calls by phone or in person to assist in the sales process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• 10 years of experience in a z/OS environment.
• Familiarity with mainframe functional areas such as z/OS Operating System, Storage, Databases, CICS, and Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel sufficient for creating client‑shareable documents.
• Ability to host meetings and conference calls.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
