Position Overview – 340B Operations Reporting Analyst

Pharma Force is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative 340B Operations Analyst to support operational reporting and data insights across our 340B service offerings. This role focuses on gathering business requirements from both internal stakeholders and external clients, generating custom reports, and defining technical specifications for SQL queries and system enhancements.

A strong understanding of 340B program operations is required, including familiarity with covered entity workflows, referral capture, and contract pharmacy relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in 340B data management and be comfortable working cross-functionally to support program compliance, reporting accuracy, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate 340B operational requirements into functional and technical reporting specifications.
  • Define and document logic needed for new SQL-based reports or updates to existing queries in coordination with technical teams.

Custom Reporting & Data Insights

  • Develop and deliver custom reports related to referral capture, contract pharmacy performance, and claim-level data using internal tools and platforms.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards tailored to internal KPIs and client-specific needs.
  • Ensure reporting aligns with 340B program compliance requirements and reflects accurate accumulation logic.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for reporting on 340B program data and operational trends.
  • Partner with technical teams, project leads, and offshore resources to fulfill reporting requests and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Provide clear, proactive communication on reporting status, blockers, and timelines.

Process Documentation & Improvement

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting definitions, data sources, and logic assumptions.
  • Identify reporting gaps, recommend enhancements, and help implement solutions to support ongoing program optimization.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with SQL and ability to work with or define query logic.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data reconciliation).

Preferred:
