This Senior Marketing Web Developer at Jack Henry will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the company's digital presence. The responsibilities for this position include writing and maintaining modern, high-quality code, driving continuous improvement in web and digital experiences, and contributing to UX strategy and design. This role will also collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, lead projects, manage tasks, and monitor performance to ensure optimized, user-friendly solutions.
It's a position that blends technical expertise with strategic thinking, leadership, and a passion for elevating user engagement.
This position can be worked remotely throughout the U.S.
The salary for this role is 100-110k but could vary based on experience and location.

What you’ll need to have:
- Minimum of 8 years of strategic and technical experience with CRM platforms (Hub Spot or Sales Force).
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Proven ability to manage completing priorities and resolve complex issues.

Skills:
-Hub Spot:
Proficiency in Hub Spot CRM/CMS development, including custom modules, templates, HubL, serverless functions, objects, automations, workflows, lists, personalization, dynamic content.
-Salesforce:
Expertise in Salesforce front-end development, specifically with Lightning Web Components (LWC). Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (like SOQL, SOSL, REST, SOAP) for integrations is also important.
- Strong Frontend Development Fundamentals:
-Responsive Design & Accessibility:
Implementing responsive design principles using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap is vital for ensuring optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes. Should also be skilled in building accessible interfaces that meet WCAG standards.
-Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio
-Research & Testing:
Leaning on behavioral mapping and multi-variant testing to improve and enhance web experiences.
-Wireframes, Prototypes, and Design:
Leveraging Figma and/or Sketch for creating intuitive, conversion-driven experiences.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Abilities:
-Troubleshooting & Debugging:
The ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues within the platform's constraints and complexities.
-Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyzing data, like marketing campaign performance in Hub Spot or Salesforce CRM data, to optimize user experience and drive business goals.
-Strategic Thinking: contribute to high-level strategy for how features are built and integrated within the platform ecosystem.
-Cross-functional Teamwork:
The role involves working closely with UX designers, product managers, backend developers, marketers, and sales teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
-Project Management:
This role includes multi-level projects, timelines, and collaborative functional tasks and timelines, managed through Work Front.
-Clear Technical Communication:
The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and to collaborate effectively with technical team members is essential.
