City of Suffolk is seeking an IT Service Support Manager to oversee Level 1 and Level 2 services and support. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an Enterprise Programs or Service Desk environment.
The successful candidate will manage vendor relationships, develop documentation for end-users, and ensure the service desk meets service levels. The position requires strong communication skills and the ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
