City of Santa Fe Springs is seeking an IT Support Technician to diagnose and repair PC hardware and software for the city department. You will image Windows devices, configure Microsoft software, manage devices with Intune, and provide excellent service to staff and community users.
You will follow detailed instructions, document IT procedures, and assist with deployments. A two-year degree and 1–2 years of operations experience are expected, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
