Target's Operations Internship is a paid 40 hr./week program to develop leadership in a Target Supply Chain Facility. As an Operations Intern, you'll work with managers and teams to lead daily priorities, learn to motivate a team, and help maintain safety and productivity in a fast-paced operation.
The program includes mentorship, hands-on exposure to inbound/outbound and warehousing, and training to build essential skills for an operations manager role within our team.
