We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Assistant/Gardener who will be responsible for assisting us in the upkeep of our 9 sites across Norfolk & Suffolk.
Competitive basic salary
Generous 30 days annual leave including bank holidays.
35-40 hour working week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities- Day to day maintenance across the 9 sites throughout Norfolk and Suffolk, including general repairs, gardening, painting & decorating etc.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to work and able to work independently using their own initiative.
- Previous experience in a similar role or having a multi-trade background with hands-on experience would be an advantage.
