Turn Technician

No two days are the same in this hands‑on role! You’ll be a key part of making our community shine by:

• Preparing vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they’re move‑in ready
• Tackling a wide variety of maintenance requests, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Keeping our community beautiful by maintaining clean and safe grounds and common areas
• Jumping in on other tasks as needed to keep the property running smoothly

• Previous building maintenance experience (multi‑family experience is a big plus!)
• Ability to handle outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to participate in night and weekend on‑call rotations
• A team player with a professional, courteous, and dependable attitude
