Sundance Institute is looking for a Manager of Union Partnerships to lead all labor-related activities. This role requires expertise in union negotiations and labor laws, and will be based in Boulder, CO with hybrid work options. You will work closely with HR and serve as an advisor to leadership, ensuring compliance and fostering positive relationships with union leadership.
The position offers an annual salary of $70,000 to $80,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k) contributions.
