Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking an experienced Children's Services Team Manager to support its Assessment Service, with additional responsibility for safeguarding across Family Support and Safeguarding teams. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office in Wisbech.
You will lead service delivery, supervise social workers, ensure statutory timescales, and drive quality improvement through audits and partnerships with multi-agency colleagues.
