- – Maintain and aim to exceed our current Good Ofsted rating, setting sights on achieving Outstanding.
- – Manage all aspects of home operations including safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and implementing the Statement of Purpose.
- – Cultivate and nurture relationships with social workers, families, and professionals.
- – Handle budgeting, rosters, recruitment, and staff training.
- – Embed the Secure Base model and Trauma-informed practices, ensuring all care is centred around the young people’s needs.
