• – Full-time, Permanent:

  Earn between £47,000 and £52,000 per annum, depending on your experience, reflecting the responsibility and value you bring.

• – Lead and motivate an experienced team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, child-focused care.
• – Maintain and aim to exceed our current Good Ofsted rating, setting sights on achieving Outstanding.
• – Manage all aspects of home operations including safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and implementing the Statement of Purpose.
• – Cultivate and nurture relationships with social workers, families, and professionals.
• – Handle budgeting, rosters, recruitment, and staff training.
• – Embed the Secure Base model and Trauma-informed practices, ensuring all care is centred around the young people’s needs.
