Unit Manager

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a resident-centered Unit Manager to lead daily operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees clinical workflows and staff on a long-term care and post-acute unit, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant care aligned with our faith-based, mission-driven culture. The Unit Manager coordinates care plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and supports residents and families with compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback, along with monitoring documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
